The "Official" Referral Policy

Crown Point and The Fall Collection seek to work with artists that demonstrate talent and professionalism.  Talent is illustrated in one’s experience, education and training; professionalism is earned through one’s reputation. Once you're in our list, you may refer other artists, and so on and so on.  We take referrals very seriously.  We ask that everyone on the list protect the integrity of the policy by only referring individuals who meet the criteria.

Crown Point requires applicants to obtain a referral to apply to the festival. Referrals are not fancy letters; they're just the name from any representative of the organization.  Representatives include:

• Staff
• Curators
• Board of Directors
• Any Advisory Committee Member
  
• Alumni of previous Fall Collection Festivals or The Phat Shorts Film Festivals
  
• Anyone who is on our referral list

There is no fee to submit work, audition or interview of any aspect of Crown Point.  We encourage anyone interested in working on Crown Point or with The Fall Collection to reach out to representatives of the organization. We don't bite.
